General FAQ's

  1. Do you have a catalog?

    No, at this time we do not have a printed catalog. You can view all of our available products on our website located at www.elegantedible.com or we can email you a selection. If you sign up for our online newsletter we will be sure to keep you informed of any specials we are offering as well as our holiday and new items.

  2. What if I want my logo used in the product? How do I get it to you and how much does that cost?

    You can request your logo to be added to any cake or cookie bouquet by emailing a jpeg format of your logo to [email protected] Pricing is based upon the quantity of logo items ordered. Please call 1-888-274-0956 to speak to a member of the Elegant Edible Crew for help in placing your order and obtaining accurate pricing.

  3. If there is a problem with my order who do I contact, or who will contact me?

Billing

  1. Can I be direct billed for my order?

    Sure! This option is available for our corporate clients only. A short credit application is required. Just call us to set up a corporate account at 1-888-274-0956.

Cookies

  1. Do your cookies contain nuts?

    We do not use nuts in our decorated cookies, however we do use Peanut Butter in some of our gourmet cookies and do NOT recommend anyone with food allergies eat our cookies.

  2. How long will my cookies retain their quality and freshness?

    It is recommended that you eat your cookies within two weeks of receiving them.

  3. Can I freeze my cookies?

    Yes, you may freeze your cookies for up to six months and they will taste as good as the day we baked them when you defrost them.

  4. Can I make any changes to the products listed on your web site?

    Yes, you may contact our customer service team members for any customization to your order you desire. You will be charged a customization fee based on the amount of changes you require. *There are some limits.

  5. Are any of your cookie products sugar-free?

    No, at this time we do not offer any sugar-free products.

  6. What if I am not satisfied with my cookies?

    Elegant Edibles Crew work very hard to ensure that our products taste as good as they look and are packaged to arrive safe and sound to their final destination. We are confident our products and services will exceed your expectations, if you are not totally satisfied, we want to know about it and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied. Just call or e-mail our Customer Service Team and they will assist you promptly.

Ice Sculptures

  1. How long will an ice carving last?

    Most carvings will last from 3 to 8 hours at room temperature. The critical variable is whether or not the ice sculpture will be in the sunlight or not. It's ok for it to be outside as long as it is under a tent or canopy out of the sunlight. And of course temperature matters but isn't nearly the problem sunlight can be. A lighted display tray is provided; and the sculpture often looks better as the ice melts and clears.

  2. Can you carve our company logo?

    Yes; in fact two-dimensional logos look quite stunning in ice and we can garnish a base to complement the piece.

  3. I own a restaurant/catering service but my freezer isn't big enough to accomodate an ice sculpture. Can you do anything for me?

    No problem. We carve the sculpture and keep it frozen in our freezer. Then we will deliver and set it up right before your event begins.

Shipping

  1. Do you deliver outside the United States?

    No, unfortunately we cannot ship outside the United States.

  2. Who do you use as a shipping carrier?

    Elegant Edibles ships all of our packages via UPS.

  3. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

    Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but unfortunately we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.

  4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS requires a street address.

  5. Which days do you ship and deliver?

    Elegant Eidbles is open Monday through Saturday, but we only complete shipments on business days, which are Monday through Friday, unless it is a holiday. UPS delivers on Monday through Friday unless it is a holiday. You can arrange for Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

  6. What time of day will my package arrive?

    UPS delivers from 9:00AM until 7:00PM. UPS typically delivers to businesses first then to residential addresses. We are able to offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

  7. Where do you ship from?

    Fresh from our hands and ovens, located in Merrillville, IN!

  8. How do I track my package?

    Once your cookies have shipped out you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Use the tracking number at www.ups.com to watch the progress of your package from our ovens to your door ! If you do not have access to the internet give us a call - have your order number ready and we will track your package for you! Phone: 888-274-0956.

  9. Will my cookies break during shipping?

    The Elegant Edible Team takes enormous pride in seeing your cookies delivered safely. We wrap each cookie individually before it is assembled into a bouquet or a gift basket. Each bouquet is than protected with bubble wrap before we shrink wrap it again, then packaged in peanuts for delivery.
